Do not misuse the service, probe its security, impersonate others, upload unlawful material, infringe another person's rights or submit information you are not authorised to share. We may refuse or remove material where needed to protect the service or comply with law.

Research and intellectual property

Research may include estimates, sources and views that change. We aim to correct material errors, but no result or future outcome is guaranteed. Unless a separate licence says otherwise, site text, design and research remain the property of their rights holders. You may read and cite brief excerpts with attribution; commercial republication needs permission.

Proposals and confidentiality

Submitting a proposal does not create an advisory, fiduciary, investment or confidential relationship, nor an obligation to respond, review, fund, introduce or keep a submitted idea exclusive. Do not submit confidential information until a written confidentiality arrangement or an approved secure intake route has been agreed. You retain ownership of your material and grant only the limited rights needed to assess and respond to the submission, subject to the final intake terms.

Liability and governing law

Any liability limits, consumer rights carve-outs, choice of Singapore law, dispute venue, service changes and notice mechanics must be reviewed and completed by counsel before public release. These draft terms should not be treated as operative legal terms.
